ABS Vans is one of very few, if not the only, rental agencies along the entire East Coast that offers anything larger than a 7 or 9 passenger conversion van to rent. We also have one of the largest selections of basic and conversion vans to rent in the state of Virginia.
We currently offer 7, 9, 10, 12, and 15-passenger basic vans and 7, 9, and 10 passenger luxury conversion vans. Each van has different accessories such as DVD, cloth seats, and/or captain’s chairs. Please call our office and we can help find the best van that suits your needs. Most of our 12 and 15 passenger vans do not have any storage room behind the rear seats, but in some vans we can remove some seats for storage room, if needed. In the bench seat configuration, there are 4 rows that can ALL be removed if needed. In the bucket style seating (Transit Vans), we can remove 2 of the 4 seats in the back row.
We may not offer moving vans, but if you need a van to move boxes or something light these vans do come in handy.
Our vans are a great choice for family vacations, sporting events, concerts, graduations, weddings, college tours, bachelorette/bachelor parties, business lunch/dinner, family reunions, or any group get together. The ability to ride in one vehicle versus 4 or 5 cars saves money on gas, parking, and allows for everyone to enjoy the ride together, and overall is the way to go!

Rental Policies:

- We offer unlimited and limited mileage. Excess miles will be 29 cents per mile
- All rentals are a minimum of 1 day = 24 hour period
- Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license
- No charge for additional drivers (must be 21 or older and have proof of valid driver’s license)
- $50 deposit is due at time of reservation
- All cancellations must be within 48 hours of pick-up time
- Proof of at least liability insurance – must purchase collision insurance if you do not have full coverage
- Valid Credit Card must be provided at time of reservation
- Business Check, Cash, or Credit Card may be used to pay for the rental in full at time of pick-up
- Absolutely nothing is to be carried on the roof of ANY vans, even soft carriers.
- Evidence of seat removal will result in a $100.00 charge.
- Provide 24-hour number in case of emergency or simple questions during rental
- Absolutely NO Smoking – $250.00 charge
- Optional collision damage waiver coverage is $26/day, with a $250 deductible. Must provide proof of full-coverage personal auto insurance if this insurance is declined by renter.
- Two-day minimum weekend rental during peak season: May 15th – September 15th for basic vans and a Three-day minimum for conversion van rentals.
